The job
Window film installer — Hiawassee, GA
Full-time, in-shop and on-site. Paid training on genuine 3M product. You'll start on flat glass and simple vehicles and work toward hard-cut rear windows and commercial safety film.
What we're actually looking for
- · Meticulous. Contamination is the enemy and you have to care about it.
- · Steady hands and the patience to redo a panel rather than ship it.
- · Comfortable on a ladder and around glass.
- · Shows up when they said they would. That's most of it.
- · Valid driver's license for on-site work.
No experience required
Most bad tint jobs come from people who were rushed, not people who were new. If you've never touched film but you're careful and you want a trade, say so on the form. We'd rather train someone right than un-train someone.
