When you request a free estimate or chat with our front-desk assistant, we collect your name, phone number, email address, town, the type of work you need (automotive, residential, or commercial), and any details you choose to share about your vehicle, home, or building. We also collect your preferred callback time and whether you would rather receive a text or a phone call.

2. How we use your information

We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, and follow up during the time window you choose. Your phone number may also be used to send text messages related to your estimate request. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated advertising.

3. Text message consent

By checking the SMS consent box on our estimate form, or by providing your phone number in our chat and agreeing to text follow-up, you consent to receive text messages from True South Window Tint about your request, scheduling, and job updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and is typically 1–5 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. We will not send marketing texts without a separate opt-in.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you requested, and is shared only with the messaging providers required to send them.

4. Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors find and use our pages. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, and general location. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, provide follow-up service, and maintain our business records and warranty support. If you ask us to remove your information, we will delete it unless we are required to keep it by law or for an active warranty claim.

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections and access-controlled databases, to protect your information. This website is built and hosted on the Lovable platform, which provides secure infrastructure, database hosting, and authentication services. Security is a shared responsibility: Lovable manages the platform security, while True South Window Tint manages how we collect, use, and retain customer data.

You can ask us to access, update, or delete your information at any time by calling us at (706) 770-3478 or visiting the shop at 751 Bell Creek Rd, Hiawassee, GA 30546. If you opted into text messages and wish to stop, replying STOP is the fastest way.
